The Registration Fee

All the participants are asked to submit the registration form to the local organizing commettee through the conference website at your earliest convenience, but not later than May 20, 2008.

The registration fees are 200 USD for ordinary participants (100 USD for students).
Every accompanied person is regarded as a student.
They include welcome reception, 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), coffee breaks, conference materials, and proceedings.
The fees are payable in cash at the registration desk of the conference.

Conference Reception

We will have a welcome reception at the conference site at 18:30 on Monday 28th. All the registered participants are welcome.

Excursion in Gyeongju (Kyongju)

We will arrange a half-day (or a day) sightseeing in Gyeongju on Wednesday 30th afternoon just after the last talk of the morning session (or after breakfast).

A bus will be waiting for us at the conference site and we shall have a lunchbox on our way. The expected fee is 30,000 Korean Won for ordinary participants.

Conference Banquet

The conference Banquet will be held on Thursday evening, 31st of July. The expected fee is 30,000 Korean Won for ordinary participants and 20,000 Korean Won for students.

Deadlines

Registration Form: by May 20, 2008, or until the full capacity of this conference is reached, whichever comes first.
Submission of abstracts: by May 31, 2008.
Please, if possible, prepare the abstract in a standard LaTeX2e format (without non-standard macros)
and send it to the contact person.
